String Theories

Dear amazingly talented knitters of tumblr,
I survived my first foray into double knitting!  Hooray!  But now I don’t know what to do with what I knit (I made it to practice for a different project I want to double knit, but it’s so cute I want to make something out of it!)  Does anyone have any advice?  Is it possible to k2tog for 1 row to make it into a single knit scarf (which I could make with stripes or something like that?)

  6. electrickitten answered: How about binding it off and framing it? Maybe use two panes of glass and hang it from the top of the frame.

  8. myalterknits answered: You could just double knit it with the stripes and that way you don’t have to block it!
